Presidential Election Night Party
Young Professionals United for Change (YP4C), hosted an unprecedented election night party at Providence Restaurant and Lounge on Tuesday, November 4th. The event featured celebrity guest DJ D Nice, happy hour specials sponsored by the NAACP, a light fare bar menu, and a quiet viewing room with ample seating. The event was FREE and had over 1,000 attendees.

Obama for President Fundraiser
Young Professionals United for Change (YP4C), a collaboration of multiple young professional NYC organizations, hosted an Obama for President fundraising mixer at Latin Quarters New York, located on 511 Lexington Avenue, on September 4, 2008 from 6 to 12 pm. Prominent investment banker Carla Harris and senior litigation attorney Theodore V. Wells, Jr. served as Honorary Co-Chairs for the event and with each providing a keynote address. In addition, we also secured one of the most popular DJs in New York City D-Nice to offer his services. Through the fundraiser, YP4C raised approximately $42K from approximately 600 donors for President-Elect Obama?s Presidential Election Campaign Fund.
